Host, Ida Muorie have put together a three-prong attack panel that will tackle the question: Are today's athletes equipped to survive a victory, loss, rejection and career ending injuries? Special guest Minister Felicia Young, mother of NFL Quarterback Vincent Young will tackle the balance between mental toughness and spiritual toughness, and how both play a great part in helping an athlete navigate challenges of playing sports and having a personal life. Another panel member is Craig Sigl, the mental toughness trainer, who specializes in working with youth sports athletes, who are eager to experience potential and want to deal with performance-limiting fears. Craig is the creator of 7 mental game training programs for athletes that are sold in 28 countries, and he has grown a network of 18, 000 athletes worldwide. He leads many workshops, seminars for athletic teams, and has been featured on NBC TV's Evening Magazine show and newspapers around the country.
